MISSLE HITS MILITARY PARADE IN AL-DHALI

[Aden – 29 December 2019] The Southern Transitional Council condemns the missile attack by Houthi militias, which struck a military graduation parade of the Security Belt Forces in the town of al-Dhali, killing nine people and injuring twenty. The blast occurred near the guest platform shortly after the parade. The governorate of al-Dhali borders territories under Houthi-control. In the past months, the Houthis have repeatedly tried to infiltrate the governorate.
