New STC Committee on Aid and Humanitarian Work

[5 May 2019] The Southern Transitional Council has established a new Humanitarian and Relief Committee, led by Adnan Alkaf, and staffed with nine persons. This committee will work with international and local relief organizations in order to get assistance faster to those in need.

With the founding of the committee, the Southern Transitional Council is trying to respond to the poor humanitarian situation in South Yemen caused by the current war. Furthermore, daily refugees from East Africa arrive on the South Yemeni coast who urgently need help.
