Spread of dengue fever and malaria in South Yemen

Under the leadership of Vice President Hani Bin Buraik, the Presidential Council of the Southern Transitional Council held its regular meeting on March 17, 2019. In addition to political, foreign policy, economic and security issues, the Council was concerned about the difficult electricity and fuel supply and medical care in South Yemen. Close attention was paid to the recent spread of dengue fever and malaria in Aden. The Council decided to take necessary action to contain the risks of these infectious diseases and their consequences for the population.
